The easiest way to order is online from the carmenstailoring.co.uk website, onlineshop page. Simply browse the collection, make your choices and pay online through our secure server. You are also more than welcome to come and see us in our London based studio. Give us a call on +44 207 8368351 to book your appointment and we would love to see you! The closest tube is Leicester Square. We are approximately 3 minute walk from the station. Our full address is 59 St. Martin’s Lane, London WC2N 4JS.
We are a small company and all of our items are handmade in our London studio in a very limited number or just one piece. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special delivery and require a signature on receipt. Within UK, we aim to ship them items within 2-5 days for the items in stock. With our wedding collection, this might be slightly longer. Outside UK, shipping times vary from 5-20 days. Delivery times for made to order items are 4-6 weeks.
Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of dispatch, do not include weekends and holidays and are not quaranteed. Carmen’s Tailoring Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.
Please note that for any wedding dress orders, allow a minimum of 8 weeks ( excluding shipping) for delivery. If you require your item earlier, please notify us by email email@example.com
If for some reason, you have not received you order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order. Carmen’s Tailoring Studio is not responsible for any non-delivered items which are outside our control.
Although we make every effort to describe each garment as accurately as possible we hope you understand that the unique fabrics and the hand-crafted nature of the garments and other products means that there may sometimes be slight variations in the texture of fabrics and the size of garments.
If you are not entirely happy with your order please return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Returned garment must be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for full refund.
We do not accept any returns on items that have been altered.
Any promotional items that we give out are non-refundable.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part. Returned items should be posted to: Carmen’s Tailoring Studio, 59 St. Martin’s Lane, WC2N 4JS.

Please note that items brought in for alterations in our studio in Covent Garden are stored for only 6 months from the date they were left on our premises and after this period of time uncollected items will be donated to charity shops. Once the altered items have been collected we are not responsible or liable for them and any other alteration required will be charged accordingly . We reserve the right to refuse any alteration or made to measure item which we feel uncomfortable to work with.
All agressive and offensive behaviour may be subject to prosecution.
